Decent Gigafast, slow install
Switched to KCOM for their Gigafast Broadband after seeing the speeds my friend got. The internet itself is really fast, no complaints there at all, streaming and gaming is smooth. Their customer service was helpful when I called with a question about my bill, even if it took a few minutes to connect. The only hiccup was the installation. It took about 2 weeks from signing up to actually getting it all set up, which felt a bit long. They did provide a router though, which was good. Overall happy with the performance, just wish the initial setup was quicker.
